Q-switched diode pumped Nd:YAG lasers

We offer two base model although many modifications different with optical schematics, type of cooling utilized and options are available on request. Most standard models are as below:

  • ND-150W - 1064nm, 150mJ, 100Hz, water cooling
  • ND-300W - 1064nm, 300mJ, 100Hz, water cooling

Q-switched flashlamp pumped Nd:YAG lasers

We offer two base models in several modifications different with output pulse energy and repetition rate. Independently on model a variety of options (SHG, THG, FHG units or embedded generation, beam attenuation and so on) are available.

  • NS-100 … NS-350 – 1064nm, 100-350mJ, 15-50Hz (opt. SHG, THG, FHG)
  • NS-700 … NS-2000 – 1064nm, 700-2000mJ, 10-15Hz (opt. SHG)

Picosecond lasers

Picosecond lasers

  • PICO-05 - 5W in picosecond pulses (pulse width around 100ps, pulse repetition rate 200kHz)
  • Coming soon! Up to 0,5J in ~500ps pulse

Diode lasers

We offer diode lasers as below:

  • DL-series - fiber output (100um-1000um), 405-1940nm wavelength, mid-range output power (up to 85W), air cooled
  • DLW-series - fiber output (100um-1000um), 792-980nm wavelength, high-range output power (up to 500W), water cooled

Other wavelengths, output power, delivery are available on request.


Custom designs

  • Example 1 - laser for fiber testing
  • Compact laser emitter with the following parameters - 1064nm, 5ns, 5kHz, 500mW of averaged power fiber coupled into 50um fiber has been developed on demand of the local customer and then delivered to him in small series

  • Example 2 - laser for sapphire drilling application
  • Customer asked us to provide him with a tool for precise drilling of microholes in sapphire substrates. After some considerations the schema containing microchip seed oscillator and dual pass amplifier with gain factor more than 100 (both with diode pumping) has been chosen. The delivered system has had the following parameters - 1064nm, 90ps, 100kHz, over 2W of averaged power, over 200kW of peak power
